Pilates Class The Pilates method of body conditioning is an exercise system focused on flexibility and strength for the total body. Everyday activities may strengthen some muscle groups and leave others undeveloped. At the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine we use Pilates in conjunction with physical therapy to provide the patient with an opportunity to build core body strength and flexibility during the rehabilitative process.

Sports Conditioning At the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine we have found that many patients are limited in the number of physical therapy sessions they can access due to insurance limitations. This is a frustrating situation for an athlete that wants to regain 100% of their athletic ability after an injury. Our Sports Conditioning program provides these individuals with an opportunity to continue seeing their chosen therapist or certified athletic trainer at a reduced cost, until they are satisfied that they are the best they can be. This program has been designed to allow athletes of all abilities to receive the same kind of care that elite athletes receive. Sports Massage Sports Massage is a great way to relieve acute and chronic muscle pain. Whether you are recovering from a race or the stress of a desk job, our certified massage therapists can help.
