Sarah graduated from Temple University in 2007 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While attending Temple, Sarah had the unique opportunity to work the Special Olympics that were held at Villanova University. An experience that she will never forget and hold close to her heart. After graduation she moved from Philadelphia to Boulder to work as a Sports Medicine intern for the University of Colorado. While at CU, she worked primarily with Cross Country and Track & Field. She traveled to all the Big 12 schools, even went to the Independence Bowl with the football team in 2007. 

Sarah has been the head athletic trainer at Nederland High School since 2008. She loves the Nederland community and all the support they give athletics. It is a home away from home for her and she wouldn't trade the drive up the Canyon for anything. 

Sarah spends most of her time in the mountains fly fishing, camping, and hiking with her dog, Tess. When she makes it down the Canyon, she can be found hanging out with her mom and sister who just recently moved here from Maryland. Her family is a huge priority in her life and she is thrilled that they have moved closer!
