Dr. Longoria received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico in 1997. While attending medical school, she received both an Excellence in Research award and a National Fellowship award. Her undergraduate degree in microbiology is from New Mexico State University. Fluent in Spanish and English, Dr. Longoria is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Longoria has staff privileges at both Boulder Community Hospital and Avista Hospital. Dr. Longoria is married, has two grown children and two dogs.
